News London - 12th December 2006 - The directors of CIProcess announce the acquisition of CIProcess Ltd by Suncombe Ltd. Suncombe Ltd are the UK's #1 supplier of CIP, COP and hygienic processing systems. The acquisition of CIProcess Ltd, for an undisclosed sum, provides Suncombe with the innovative cleaning technologies that CIProcess represent, and strengthens their presence in the Worldwide market. All of the CIProcess personnel are being relocated to Suncombe head office, and CIProcess will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Suncombe Ltd. The incorporation of CIProcess within the Suncombe structure means that both organisations will have access to additional facilities and resources. September 2005 News - £500,000 order received for Process Tanks CIProcess tanks and vessels provide a total solution for liquid mixing and storage in the hygienic processing industries. We have received an order for £500,000 for supplying stainless steel hygienic processing, storage and mixing vessels to the food industry.
September 2005 News - Our success at Foodtech 2005
September 2005 saw the Foodtech 2005 Exhibition in Telford, where CIProcess where exhibiting with their entire range of equipment. This show also saw the launch of the CIProcess range of Ozone equipment into the UK, Ireland and France.
The exhibition was an outstanding success, with our stand inundated with existing clients and new visitors. The stand had representatives from the UK, Ireland, France, Australia, Holland, Sweden, Finland and Denmark present, and we were all kept very busy by the constant stream of interested visitors.
Our next European show is planned for Paris in 2006, where we hope for as great a response.
