Multiple Compartment Tanks Save Floor Space

As your production grows, floor space is often at a premium. In order too utilise your floor space to the maximum, CIProcess - the UK-based, innovative Cleaning and Process Systems Company – have introduced a range of multi-compartment tanks. Offered in capacities from 1,000 to 30,000 litres per compartment, with two, three or four compartment versions available, they are designed to be used in the Food, Dairy, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Healthcare and associated industries.

The vessels, available in Stainless Steel, Hastalloy and other exotic metals, make the best use of your floor space by “stacking” hygienic tanks vertically. Every compartment is its own fully enclosed tank, with the ability to fit each compartment with your selection of cooling jackets, heating jackets, insulation, mixers etc.

Dave Adams, CIProcess’s Technical Director, explains: ‘These tanks are ideal for the site where floor space is limited, and have many other applications where gravity feeding is an advantage or vertical processing is used. In addition, we have found that multi-compartment tanks are also used to simplify site layouts’.

Fully hygienic, they are automatically welded for the best quality and are fitted with spray devices to provide total CIP coverage.
