Abrasive Media addition for superior cleanliness
With only 7 kg abrasive media per hour added to the ice particles, the IceBlast system can virtually reach the same cleaning power as sandblasting. Our media can be used to remove virtually any coating and contamination from almost any surface. Abrasive media and IceBlast equipment can be ideally combined for use in a wide range of applications to remove: paint, rust, grease, oil, carbon and more from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized metal, concrete, ceramic tile, glass, plastics, rubber, neoprene and more.
This abrasive on-demand system comprises a small container for the abrasive media, a pressure valve and a small hose, leading the media toward the nozzle. On the nozzle a switch is mounted, opening or closing the pressure valve. This gives the possibility to instantly blast with or without abrasive media.
